Custom Made Order ?
We receive any order with design from customer event we can redesign any picture that customer given to us to be designed as per customer needed, but in application the measurement and construction sometimes can not meet as same as picture
Order Quantity?
As we mainly intend to have cooperation with wholesaler and retailer, minimum order accepted is 1X20' container, and each items at least in 2 pcs. If you need sample, it will be discussed further
Price Terms?
Our prices are based on FOB Semarang Port, but we welcome if you prefer to have any incoterm of shipping i.e CIF, CNF and others
Days of Delivery?
60 days for first initial/trial order after receiving deposit payment. Afterwards, 4 x 40' containers can be shipped every month based on regular order
Payment Terms?
50% deposit should be wired upon order confirmation, and 50% must be paid at the time of shipment / before we send all document.
We accept Irrevocable L/C at sight for payment.
Moisture of the wood ?
The wood that we used is kiln dry with 4-8% moisture contain, we buy the raw material from legal goverment dept
Freight Forwarder?
We align with world wide couriers company, shipping line and freight forwarder, and we have strong basic knowledge of export import procedure either with custom clearance. We will assure you that you will have no obstacles of importation procedure at your country. Before we shipped your shipment, we have already contact our shipping agent at destination for arrange smoothen clearance
But if you have your own carrier, we welcome you for using it

No refund on order cancellation.
